To ensure your visit with your health care provider goes as smoothly as possible please ensure you have the following.

1. Bring your health card to each visit. Check the expiry date and obtain a new card if it has expired.
2. Advise the reception staff of any changes to your contact information:
   
   1. Name
   2. Address
   3. Phone Numbers; home, work or cell numbers

From time to time doctors at the Bowmanville Health Centre accept new patients. Some are simply accepting new patients while others are accepting new patients on a referral basis only.

There are two entrances to the patient parking lot. The first is on the north side of King Street, east of the building. The second is off St. George Street to the west. There is a $3 flat fee to exit, whether you parked, picked someone up, or dropped someone off—no matter how long you were here. On your way out, buy a ticket with cash, credit, or debit card at the pay station located in the west wing. Follow the signs to get there. You can also pay directly with credit or debit card at the exit gate. There is a button to push to start the payment process. You CANNOT pay with cash at the exits.
